We asked our Scandinavian friends what they really wanted out of their coffee and they mentioned a dark roast with a powerful taste, a strong ‘kick’. Here is our response – Nordic Noir. This blend of high quality Arabica and Robusta coffees is ideal as a bold espresso or in combination with milk.

Not for the faint-hearted, this Italian-style blend has been specially developed for enthusiasts of medium to dark-roasted high-Robusta coffee blends. This blend incorporates a high quality speciality Robusta (actually the Conilon varietal from Brazil) together with one of our low-acidity speciality Arabicas.

'The Italian Job' is particularly suited to brewing with high-pressure Portafilter machines. It tastes great as an espresso, while the herbal, spicy, chocolatey notes shine through in a Cappuccino or Latte.

RASPBERRY BERET is a loose-leaf organic fruit tea. A delicious red fruit combination with strong berry notes, this tea contains raspberry pieces, hibiscus blossoms, apple pieces, rosehip peel, natural flavour and blackberry leaves. This tea does not contain caffeine.

Raspberry Beret can be served hot or on ice.

Use 2 tsp tea per 0.3 litres boiling water, brew for 5-8 minutes.
