CHF12.00We asked our Scandinavian friends what they really wanted out of their coffee and they mentioned a dark roast with a powerful taste, a strong ‘kick’. Here is our response – Nordic Noir. The Italian Job
CHF12.00Not for the faint-hearted, this Italian-style blend has been specially developed for enthusiasts of medium to dark-roasted high-Robusta coffee blends. This blend incorporates a high quality speciality Robusta (actually the Conilon varietal from Brazil) together with one of our low-acidity speciality Arabicas.
'The Italian Job' is particularly suited to brewing with high-pressure Portafilter machines. It tastes great as an espresso, while the herbal, spicy, chocolatey notes shine through in a Cappuccino or Latte.

Hishikui Ryokucha, Organic...
CHF12.00HISHIKUI RYOKUCHA ヒシクイ 緑茶 is a loose-leaf organic green tea cultivated in Japan. This tea is grown by the Hayashi family, not far from the Pacific coast of Japan in Mie Prefecture. The family picks its special springtime Bancha about two weeks after the first harvest. The leaves are air-dried overnight and are steamed, rolled and dried the following day.
The tea has a typically strong Bancha taste but with fresh, floral notes. It is low in caffeine but has a high antioxidant content and is thought to offer a number of health benefits.
Use 1 teaspoon tea per 0.2 litres hot water (75-85°C), brew for 80 seconds. The still-warm leaves can be infused again, giving up to 5 infusions of 20 seconds each.
Available in 80g bags
