Bean Goose Coffee GmbH is fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of its customers, and we will not, under any circumstances, pass any of the information entered into our website onto any third party.
You have the right, at any time, to retrieve the data you have provided to our site. When logged into the site, click on "Get my data" to automatically download a copy of your personal data on a pdf or csv file.
You have the right to modify any personal information found on the "My Account" page. For any other request you might have regarding the rectification and/or erasure of your personal data, please contact us through our contact page or info@britandbean.com. We will review your request and reply as soon as possible.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Bean Goose Coffee GmbH will endeavour to satisfy your order as soon as possible, provided that your method of payment is valid. Please note that your order is likely to be delayed, or potentially cancelled, if the delivery address you provide is incorrect.
We accept payment via PayPal and through Mastercard and Visa cards.
We will not be liable to you for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to decline to accept an order at our absolute discretion.
Bean Goose Coffee GmbH takes all reasonable care to keep information connected with your order secure. However, unless solely due to our negligence, we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
DELIVERY
We charge a flat rate of CHF 7.00 per delivery within Switzerland, using B-Post which usually takes two days.
If you require delivery outside Switzerland, please contact us on info@beangoosecoffee.com
RETURNS
Our coffee is roasted to order so that we can maximise freshness. We can therefore only accept returns if the items are incorrect, damaged, or in any way defective. In this case, please contact us on info@beangoosecoffee.com and arrange to send the goods back to us. We will refund the cost of the goods and the postage (based on B-post rates) within 14 days of receipt.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
We occasionally send emails to our customers to inform them of new products, or when we will be marketing our products at a particular event. Though we hope that such communication is of interest to you, if you would prefer not to receive such emails in the future, please send let us know via info@beangoosecoffee.com and you will be removed from the mailing list.
