This outstanding coffee is organically-grown at between 1,500 and 2,100 metres above sea level in the Department of Tolima in the Colombian Massif. It is produced by the ASPRASAR cooperative (The Association of Agricultural Producers of Santa Rosa) in the highlands of Saldana, Southeast Tolima. This organisation was formed in 2016 by a small group of men and women smallholders with the aim of producing premium organic coffee, hence increasing the prices they can ask for their crop and improving their quality of life.
